ASCLS-Indiana Networking Event
ASCLS-IN is very pleased to announce the return of the Annual Networking Event on April 22, 2026.
The Annual Networking Event has two explicit goals
- Facilitate networking between Indiana’s graduating MLS/MLT students and regional employers
- Bring together laboratory professionals from across the region to share experiences, connect, and relax in a fun atmosphere
Who: All Laboratory Professionals, MLS/MLT Students, Laboratory Managers/Supervisors, Human Resource Professionals, Industry/Corporate Representatives, & Representatives from Laboratory Orientated Professional Organizations
When: Wednesday April 22nd, 20256 6pm-8pm
Where: Centerpoint Brewing Company
1125 East Brookside Ave
Indianapolis, IN 46202
Parking: There is parking lot directly in front of the main doors of the Centerpoint Brewing Company. There is a very large parking lot that is controlled by Centerpoint that is nearby along the eastside of East Brookside Ave between E 11th Street and E 12th Street.
Cost: MLS/MLT students are free, however they must still register through the website.
All other laboratory professionals, leadership, HR professionals and others must register for $20 / ticket. Payments will be made through this website using PayPal. PayPal accepts major credit cards even if the user does not have a PayPal account. Registrants can also contact the ASCLS-IN Treasurer to arrange payment by check, invoices, or group payments via PayPal/credit card.
Food & Drink: Pizza and bottled water will be provided to all attendees. Attendees who are paying the $20 fee will receive a single free drink ticket (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Additional drinks are available for purchase directly from Centerpoint Brewery.
Details: This event is a casual gathering of graduating MLS/MLT students and other laboratorians. Most MLS/MLT students in attendance will be graduating between May-July 2026. ASCLS-IN organizes this event annually to welcome graduating students to the profession and provide them a glimpse of the opportunities available to them at all stages of their careers. Employers seeking new graduates should come prepared to meet this mission. The event will be informal and mingling only. Formal tables/booths for displays and company swag are not available. Employers are certainly encouraged to have business cards, hand-outs, little gifts, larger door prizes, etc but this is at their discretion.
