ASCLS-Indiana Annual Meeting

The ASCLS-Indiana Annual Meeting will be held on March 30, 2017 at the IUPUI Campus Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The meeting program is now available!

2017 ASCLS-IN Annual Meeting Program

We offer two registration methods:

Credit Card or PayPal: You can register on this website. Choose ‘PayPal’ at checkout and it will direct you to a secure site where you can pay with credit/debit card or an existing PayPal account.

Check/Cash: For check or cash payments you must register by mail. Select the “Registration by Mail” dropdown under the Annual Meeting Registration link. This will direct you to our mail-in registration forms and instructions.

*Lunch included with pre-registration only; register by March 23rd to receive lunch tickets with your registration.

Pre-Night Networking and Recruiting Social

On the eve of the Annual Meeting a networking event will be held at Sun King Brewery on Wednesday, March 29th 2017.  This event is the ideal time to gather with friends, colleagues, and laboratory professionals across the state in a casual atmosphere. This event is also designed to introduce Indiana MLS/MLT students to laboratory managers, laboratory professionals, and members of local industry and research. Students should come prepared to learn about career opportunities. Sun King Brewery will be offering tours of the brewery and samples of their finest brews. Food will be provided. Registration is online. We hope to see you there!

Exhibitor Information

As in years past, the ASCLS-Indiana Annual Meeting is a chance to provide laboratory managers and laboratory professionals with a well-rounded educational program and your willingness to exhibit products and instrumentation contributes greatly to the experience. The booth fee includes your table, chairs, signage, and lunch (2 lunches are included with a single booth rental and 4 lunches are included with a double booth rental–additional lunch tickets can also be purchased here for $40/person).

All applications and payment are due by March 10, 2017. Details on setup time and Exhibit Hall hours will be made available at a later date.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The generosity of our sponsors makes this program a success year after year. Each of the general event sponsorship levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) includes an acknowledgment in the meeting program, and specific session sponsors (Grand Prize Drawing, Morning or Afternoon Break Session, Pre-Night Networking Social, Key Note Speaker) will be recognized on signage at the session that they choose. In order to be included in our printed materials, we ask to receive notice of your sponsorship by no later than March 10, 2017.
