ASCLS-Indiana Annual Meeting

The ASCLS-Indiana Annual Meeting will be held on March 29, 2018 at the IUPUI Campus Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

We offer two registration methods:

Credit Card or PayPal: Attendees should register through the “Attend” link at the top of the page. Exhibitors register through the “Exhibit” link. Choose ‘PayPal’ at checkout and it will direct you to a secure site where you can pay with credit/debit card or an existing PayPal account.

Check/Cash: For check or cash payments you must register by mail. Click the links below for a registration form and invoice if needed. Exhibitors wishing to register by mail should contact us via email for necessary forms.

*Lunch included with pre-registration only; attendees register by March 22nd to receive lunch tickets with your registration.

Exhibitors must register by March 9th to guarantee booth space.

Exhibitor Information

As in years past, the ASCLS-Indiana Annual Meeting is a chance to provide laboratory managers and laboratory professionals with a well-rounded educational program and your willingness to exhibit products and instrumentation contributes greatly to the experience. The booth fee includes your table, chairs, signage, and lunch (2 lunches are included with a single booth rental and 4 lunches are included with a double booth rental–additional lunch tickets can also be purchased here for $40/person).

All applications and payment are due by March 9, 2018. Details on setup time and Exhibit Hall hours will be made available at a later date.
